Change management

Leanspire relies on insights from change management studies when facilitating change in  your organization. In the multitude of change theories and models, Leanspire chooses to work Evidence Based. This means that a theory or model is tested for evidence before it is applied. Leanspire uses a number of principles in managing change:

Result-oriented - At the beginning of a change program it is important to state what the vision and intended results are and how to make them transparent. Scientific research shows that a clear vision with objectives in a positive sense contributes to the  effective realization of organizational change.

Justice - For the success of an organizational change it is important that all parties involved, experience the way of change as fair. Fair change processes lead to greater involvement.  A fair process also contributes to the long-term appreciation of the organization.

Attention to process and culture - Change programs usually aim at adapting the organizational culture: 'the smell of the place'. This is achieved by specific interventions on culture and leadership, but also by adapting a processes and responsibilities to the desired organizational culture. Leanspire offers expertise in both areas.
